Are your files tested? Are they AI-generated?

All our files come from our tuning library built over the years: real files, worked on and tested on vehicles. No file is generated by artificial intelligence.

How do I use the purchased file?

You receive a binary file (.bin). Depending on the ECU and your tool, it can be written as-is, or it must be imported into your full original read (some tune files contain only the calibration, not the full read). Always check the size and compatibility with your read before writing. If in doubt, contact us before flashing.

How can I be sure it's the right file for my vehicle?

Each product page shows the ECU hardware reference and, when available, the software version. Compare them with those read from your ECU. If the software version differs, do not flash: contact us.

How does delivery work?

Instant: after payment, a download link appears on screen and is emailed to you (valid 7 days, 10 downloads). Lost or expired link? Recover it yourself in 30 seconds at www.files.dacodacperformance.com/lien-perdu — no support contact needed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card via Stripe (secure payment). No banking data goes through our site.

Can I get a refund?

Under French consumer law (art. L221-28), the withdrawal right does not apply to downloaded digital content. If there is a real problem with a file (corrupted, not matching the description), contact us: we will find a solution.

Do you offer DAMOS files?

Yes, some ECUs have a DAMOS file (map descriptor) sold separately, shown on the product page.

How do I read my ECU references?

Connect your tool (Kess, KTAG, Autotuner, MPPS, Flex…) via OBD or on the bench. Run an « ID » or « Read ». Note the hardware reference (e.g. 03G906016FP on VAG) and software version if shown (e.g. 1037). On Bosch, look for EDC17/MED17 type and related numbers. Compare with the product page before buying.

How to find the reference without a reading tool?

On some brands it's on the ECU label. Otherwise an ID read (without full flash) is often enough. Last resort: photo of the ECU + registration/VIN on WhatsApp — we'll guide you for free.
